Matt LeRoy of Love Chapel Hill church gives a pitch to Chip Gaines as part of the #Chipstarter dream contest. Though Matt wasn’t picked as a winner, he holds on to the dream he has to one day purchase the iconic Varsity Theatre in downtown Chapel Hill, with the hope of using the business as a transitional employment opportunity for our friends who are experiencing homelessness.
